Are these genuine Unitree products?

Yes, we are an authorized distributor of Unitree Robotics. All products are genuine with full manufacturer warranty.

What's the difference between Go2 models?

Go2 comes in Air, Pro, and Edu versions. Air is for consumers, Pro has enhanced features for enthusiasts, and Edu is designed for research with full SDK access.

Do robots come with software/SDK?

Consumer models come with the Unitree app. Edu and Pro versions include SDK access. Check individual product pages for specific software inclusions.

What's included in the box?

Each robot includes the robot unit, charger, battery, controller (where applicable), and documentation. Specific contents vary by model.

How do I get technical support?

Do you offer training or setup assistance?

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened items in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.

How long is the warranty?

Standard warranty is 12 months for robots and 6 months for accessories, covering manufacturing defects.

Is accidental damage covered?

No, warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
